We are registered under the Trade Union Act, 1926 (Regn. No. 10028/2016) with our central office in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Our principle is simple: "All Banks… All Ranks."

THE CALLING
The Need Was Clear

Thousands of ex-servicemen were joining Public Sector Banks across India — but they had no unified voice. No one to fight for their rights. No platform that understood both the military mindset and the banking sector. The gap demanded to be filled.

2016 — FOUNDING
BPSBKS is Registered

The Bhartiya Poorva Sainik Bank Karmachari Sangh was officially registered under the Trade Union Act, 1926, with Registration No. 10028/2016, headquartered in Kanpur, UP. A new unit was formed — not with weapons, but with solidarity.

EXPANSION
Growing Across States

BPSBKS rapidly expanded with active units forming across multiple states. The principle of "All Banks… All Ranks" resonated with ex-servicemen from the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Paramilitary forces — all finding a common home.
